AWS Class E91T1-B3 flux-cored welding wire is designed for high-strength, low-hydrogen welds. Its chemical composition typically includes 0.08% carbon, 0.90% manganese, 0.50% silicon, with trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur, ensuring excellent weld quality and toughness. Mechanically, it provides a tensile strength of approximately 580–620 MPa and a yield strength of around 460–490 MPa. The wire exhibits good impact toughness, minimal spatter, and stable arc performance, making it suitable for single- or multi-pass welding on mild and low-alloy steels, especially in structural and construction applications.
