HAYNES® X-750 Welding Wire is a nickel-based superalloy that consists of about 58% nickel, 19% chromium, 13% cobalt, 4.3% molybdenum, 3% titanium, and 1.3% aluminum, along with trace elements of boron and zirconium. This alloy showcases remarkable strength and creep resistance at temperatures reaching 1600°F (870°C), along with excellent oxidation resistance. Its ability to age-harden results in superior mechanical properties and metallurgical stability over extended service periods. When proper welding techniques are employed, HAYNES® Waspaloy Welding Wire maintains its toughness and structural integrity, even in high-temperature and high-stress conditions.
